decaf doesn’t have to be a downer— when it’s swiss water decaf (non-chemically treated, water osmosis extracted and 99.9% caffeine free) compared to much decaf of the available decaffeinated coffee, which has gone through extensive chemical processing, eradicating the great flavour and adding negative heath implications— our bodies are too good to us to be filled with chemicals.
this decaf is decadent, craft roasted and sourced like all of our coffee and just as tasty too!

5th generation coffee farmer, Max Perez, brings us yet another sweet + lively Guatemalan grown in the mineral rich volcanic soil of his region. This coffee is patio dried for 15-20 days and grows at 1900-2100 MASL. This family beautifully blends tradition and innovation to create immaculate coffees such as this one. This coffee is a washed process and presents rich like cocoa nibs yet lively like a pear. It is a wonderfully crowd pleaser with a little extra oomph!
