How do I manage my home coffee plan subscription?
Once you have purchased a subscription, you will have created a customer account at checkout. Your payment card will be charged as per your chosen plan’s delivery schedule.

After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.

All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. You can click a subscription to view its details.

If the subscription has a limited number of renewals, the panel also displays the number of payments left in the subscription.

To cancel the subscription, click Cancel Subscription. Cancelling a subscription doesn’t automatically cancel the most recent order. You will need to reach out to you separately to request a refund.

To update payment information: click Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.

Note: To change the subscription shipping address, you must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.

Why am I being charged shipping at checkout?
A minimum purchase of 2 bags is required to calculate free local delivery at checkout. If you would like to buy 1 bag, no problemo, but please note the $5 delivery fee will be added :)

I live outside of Medicine Hat, will you ship to me?
YES! We are now shipping Canada wide. Please allow 2 day processing time for us to freshly roast your coffee. Shipping times with Canada Post are being delayed and they have suspended their shipping guarantee. We have seen unusually long delays in shipping times, but will provide a tracking number for you to watch where your coffee is at. 

When will my coffee be delivered?
Deliveries take place on Monday, Wednesday & Friday— cut off time is noon for delivery days!

Ex. If you place your order on Monday before noon, you’ll receive your coffee same day. If you order on Thursday, your coffee will be on your doorstep Friday afternoon :)

We do not deliver on holidays/long weekend Mondays— your order will be delivered the following delivery Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Can you donate to my cause?
We’re big on generosity and we love to help. We will do as much as we can, but sadly we can’t help everyone all at once. We try to share the love by alternating causes, so if we can’t fulfill your request this time, don’t be afraid to try again in the future. Please fill out this form and someone will get ya back soon!

Should I buy my coffee ground or unground?
Our coffee is about as fresh as it gets being that upon placing your order you will receive coffee at peak freshness, roasted as little as 24-48 hours ago.

An error in the consistency or accuracy of your grind profile will ruin your coffee much faster than the lost freshness will, so we always suggest letting us grinding it if: you are using a hand grinder (the one that grinds when you push and stops when you let go), you’re burs are worn and not producing consistent, even grind sizes, your grinder is not cleaned properly with residue coming in contact with fresh beans or if you’re using various brewing styles (meaning you need different grind profiles and aren’t sure which grind to use for the corresponding brewer).

Different brewing methods require much different grind profiles. If you have a good grinder, by all means we encourage you to expand the experience by taking in the aroma of freshly grinding your coffee— you go coffee pro!
